One Bedroom

Our one bedroom apartment homes come in two spacious floor plans. Both have nice eat-in kitchens with lots of counter space and large food pantries. Both apartment homes come with a large patio or balcony and an outdoor storage closet. Other special features include walk-in closets, coat closets, and we feature energy efficient heat pumps for your heating and cooling. Another unique feature in all of our apartment homes are large, ceiling to floor, double paned windows in every room. This allows for cross ventilation in the apartment which gives you a wonderful cross breeze. Our one bedrooms are spacious and light with many more interesting features including some with fireplaces.

Two Bedroom

We offer three distinctively different floor plans in our two bedrooms apartment homes. All have spacious eat-in kitchens, walk in closets, large patios or balconies and large outside storage closets, and some have fireplaces.

The two bedroom one bath features an open floor plan in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. It has over 23 feet of linear closet space.

The two bedroom bath and one half features a living room/dining room combination. It has a European style connecting bath and one half. One of the special features of this apartment is the extra large linen closet in the hallway and the spacious kitchen with almost 10 feet of counter space.

The two bedroom two bath is a very popular floor plan for many reasons. It features three large walk-in closets. The kitchen has an extra large eat-in area and a recessed laundry area just off the kitchen.

If you don’t care to spend a lot of time in the kitchen but really need the bedroom space, our 1280 sq. ft. may be just what you are looking for. It offers a galley kitchen with a large, versatile storage closet in the kitchen. This apartment has two bedrooms that are 11x17, a bedroom that is 12x12, and two full baths.
