Our application process consists of three forms below. Please print out these forms, fill them out, and fax them to our community at (828) 298-5994. If you prefer, you may bring it to our leasing office during normal office hours.

1. Rental Application Form - Please fill in all necessary information. If you have any questions please contact us.

2. Rental Verification - Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your rental history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.

3. Employment Verification -Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your employment history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.
